What is the name of Android 6.0? What is Android marshmallow? What is the system UI? Where is doze mode in marshmallow?


Today I am going to write a article about Android "M".  Android is very popular Mobile OS now a days. I want to share a bit of information regrading marshmallow. You can also read my previous article about android journey (Link is here).

What is the name of Android 6.0?
Android 6.0 "Marshmallow" is the eighth major version of the Android operating system. First unveiled in May 2015 at Google I/O under the codename "Android 'M'", it was officially released in October 2015.

What is the system UI?
System UI is the name of the process that draws things like the soft home/back/recent buttons and the notification tray. When this process crashes, the soft keys and notification tray, along with anything else it's responsible for, will stop working.

What is Android marshmallow?

As per Wikipedia, Android 6.0 "Marshmallow" is an upcoming update to the Android mobile operating system, most likely to be released in Q3 2015 ("tentatively slated for September"), with its third and final preview released on August 17, 2015.

Where is doze mode in marshmallow?

Go to Settings, either from the app drawer or from the notification panel. Step 2: Tap "Battery" from the Settings list and then hit "Battery optimization" option from the top-right menu icon. Step 3: Select "All apps" from the options to bring the list all the apps on which doze mode is enabled.
